Saturday, April 8 - 6:00pm

Sunday, April 9 - 8:30am | 9:30am | 11:00am

2020 S. Ohio St. - Salina, KS 67401

It's important to us that you feel welcome and at home when you're here. We want you to wear clothes that are comfortable, and no matter what your background or family dynamics are, we are truly honored to have you join us. The service is about 60 minutes. We have songs that are new, and songs that your grandma would love. Your kids will love our children's ministry, and every Sunday it's available for ages 0-5th grade. The coffee is free, the donuts are free, and we want you to feel like our special guest. We are praying that when you are here, you will feel encouraged, inspired, and have a personal encounter with God. We can't wait to meet you!

Pastor John & Lindsay Huseman

John and Lindsay have a heart to reach Salina and beyond with the life changing message of Jesus. They are passionate about building the local church and being a blessing to their community. Nothing gets them more excited than to see people that have been far from God come back to the Lord. The heartbeat of The Ark is building a church for the saving, redeeming, and healing of households. Every week lives are changed at The Ark Church.

John grew up in Salina, and graduated from Salina Central High School. At Salina Central, he was an all-state athlete winning a doubles state championship in tennis, and as the starting quarterback leading the football team to a state championship his senior year. John worked at Kanakuk Camps for fours years before entering into full-time ministry. The Husemans have served as Youth Pastors in Colorado and Texas for 18 years, and and now after being gone for 20 years, they are thrilled the Lord has led them back to the place John first gave his heart to Jesus.

The Huseman’s have a beautiful family with four children – Brooklyn, Jonathan, Naomi, and Samuel. In their free time, they love making memories as a family, trips to the pool, ice cream runs to Bogeys, weekly doses of Chick-fil-A, and cheering wildly for the Kansas City Chiefs and occasionally the Dallas Cowboys!
