Our purpose at The Ark is to share the hope of Jesus. Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. Methods will come and go, yet our message will remain the same.

PEOPLE ARE OUR HEART
Our heart is for ALL people. All people are loved by Jesus. We make no apologies for being focused on reaching those far away from God. Every person has value in God's eyes.

GENEROSITY IS OUR PRIVILEGE
Generosity is about giving more than what is required. We see generosity as a privilege. With our time, talent, and treasure we are generous. God has given richly towards us, it's our honor to give back to him.

EXCELLENCE IS OUR SPIRIT
We are going to always do the best with what we have. We're on time, engaged and prepared. We believe excellence honors God, so we are going to do things to the best of our ability.

SERVING IS OUR IDENTITY
If you're too big to serve then you are too small to lead. Jesus said the greatest among you is your servant. So every leader is a servant first. Every role is important and every person is first a servant.

HONOR IS OUR CALLING
We are vocal with our honor. We encourage, we lift others up, and we celebrate one another. We joyfully submit to those God has placed over us. We honor and care for those God placed under us.

PASSION IS OUR PURSUIT
Everything we do, we do it with passion. From worship to outreach we do things with energy and enthusiasm. Passion for Jesus. Passion for people. Passion for His church.
